Our Pet Health Counsellor Dawn is available to discuss your concerns if:

YOUR PET IS OVERWEIGHT

YOUR PET IS ON A PRESCRIPTION DIET

Our nurses also run PUPPY SOCIALISATION EVENINGS for our registered clients, so you puppy can visit the vets for a ‘fun’ experience, learn to socialise with other dogs and for you we provide talks on routine puppy healthcare and training. For more information, please contact the surgery.

We have facilities to hospitalise animals for as long as is necessary to investigate and treat them. There are over 35 cages of differing sizes which can accommodate even the largest dogs.

Resident nursing staff care for the animals which are hospitalised. The veterinary surgeons provide a 24 hour emergency service 365 days of the year.

Our hospitalisation facilities also include:

A WATER BED for paralysed or bed-ridden animals

A PAEDIATRIC INCUBATOR for critically ill or exotic pets

VISITING TIMES?

If your pet needs to be hospitalised for more than 1 day, we are happy to arrange for you to visit your pet and we do encourage this to aid in their recovery (except for rare cases when we may advise against this for medical reasons).
